Choosing the Cast for My Film

Casting is a crucial part of filmmaking, and I wanted to make sure I had the right people to bring my vision to life. After considering different options, I finalized my cast:

Ali – Abdullah Zafar

Safa – Seehum Rashid

Shadowy Figure – Umar

Abdullah is a talented actor and a close friend. He has previous acting experience and even starred in my sister’s film, so I knew he could deliver a strong performance. His ability to convey emotions naturally made him the perfect choice for the role of Ali.

For the role of Safa, I cast my sister, Seehum Rashid. Having worked on film projects before, she understands the process well and brings a level of comfort and chemistry to the set that makes filming smoother. Plus, since we know each other so well, communication is easy, which helps in capturing authentic performances.

Lastly, Umar was chosen as the shadowy figure. His role requires a strong, silent presence, and he fits that perfectly. (he was also the only one available to shoot)
